Tendon

We serve a large bowl of rice and assorted tempura on the top with a traditional sauce "Tsuyu" to enhance the delicacy of the dish. The meal comes with Japanese pickles. One `Kakiage' is served with the tempura. This is another style of tempura in which small pieces of different seafood are clustered together and deep-fried.

Tempura Teishoku

We serve tempura, rice, miso soup, Japanese pickles. You eat tempura after having dipped into a broth made of seafood consomme "ten-tsuyu", which is flavored with grated Japanese radish or squeezed lemon.

Tokubetsu Teishoku 5,700yen
2 prawns, 2 kind of seafood, 3 vegetables of the season, small `Kakiage' tendon and a fruit  of the season.
Ume Teishoku 4,200yen
2 prawns, 3 kind of seafood, 2 vegetables of the season and `Kakiage'
Matsu Teishoku 2,800yen
2 prawns, 3 kind of seafood, 2 vegetables of the season and `Kakiage'
Ume Teishoku is different from Matsu Teishoku in seafood and vegetables.

"Tempura" full course meal


We serve a course meal with hors d'oeuvre, tempura, small "Kakiage" tendon, miso soup, and Japanese pickles. "Kakiage" is another style of tempura in which small pieces of different seafood are clustered together and deep-fried.

If seated at the counter, you can view the process of deep-fried tempura as it is brought to the serving dish right in front of you. You can enjoy the freshly fried tempura with a dipping sauce `Ten Tsuyu' which is a broth made from a traditional recipe, flavored with grated Japanese radish and squeezed lemon.
